The institute offers undergraduate and postgraduate degree
Courses leading to BBA (Hons.) and MBA (Executive Professional)
degree in different fields of specialization such as
Marketing, Finance and International Business, Agro Business,
Management and Information Technology Management. The institute
is managed by Board of management headed by the Vice Chancellor of the University.
History
UIMS is serving the students desirous to acquire knowledge and skill in management and business sciences for last nine years. During this span of time, the Institute has produced as many as 1500 graduates and post graduates in business administration. This is the only Institute in the country which imparts MBA (Agribusiness) courses in view of Pakistan’s international standing in industry and trade.

- BBA(Hons): A minimum of eight semester's degree program after intermediate or equivalent.
- MBA Professional: A minimum of four semesters duration programme after Bachelor's degree.
- MBA Executive: A minimum of three semesters duration programme after Bachelor's degree.
