About Directorate of Academics

The Academics Directorate plays a central role in the university’s academic governance. It develops, reviews, and oversees the implementation of academic curricula and policies, ensuring alignment with international best practices, market demands, and the standards set by accreditation bodies.

As one of the university’s key offices, the Directorate is responsible for planning and executing academic projects and programs as approved by the Academic Council and the Board of Governors. It monitors academic activities to ensure compliance with institutional regulations and policies, and upholds the highest standards of teaching and learning excellence. The Directorate regularly evaluates and updates academic programs to maintain the quality and relevance of curricula, courses, and supporting infrastructure such as laboratories and classrooms. Additionally, it anticipates future academic needs and formulates strategic forecasts to guide institutional planning and development.
